About Us
[DRAFT - names, photos and bracketed facts must be filled in before publishing.]
Hi, I'm [YOUR FIRST NAME]
[INSERT TEAM PHOTO HERE - this is the single most valuable element on the page. A real photo of real people outperforms anything I can write.]
I started MaxLift Direct in [YEAR] because [ONE HONEST SENTENCE - what you were doing before, or what you kept seeing go wrong in this industry].
I know this isn't a small purchase. A vehicle lift holds several thousand pounds over someone's head, in their garage, every day, for the next ten or fifteen years. People are right to want to know who they're handing that money to.
So when you call MaxLift Direct, you get me, or [TEAM MEMBER NAME], or [TEAM MEMBER NAME]. Not a call center. Not a ticket number. One of [NUMBER] of us, [CITY, STATE].

We're not a marketplace. We're [NAMES] - and when you call, one of us picks up.
Every Lift We Sell Is ALI Certified
[VERIFY BEFORE PUBLISHING: confirm your certificates cover every model you stock, and that those models appear in ALI's public directory of certified lifts. This is a safety certification - buyers, insurers and inspectors check it. Also remove "CE" from your product titles, since it signals the European mark instead.]
ALI certification means an independent body has tested the lift against the ANSI safety standard - not the manufacturer marking its own homework. For a commercial shop it's often what your insurer and your inspector want to see. For a home garage it's the difference between equipment that's been proven and equipment that merely looks the part.
Plenty of sellers in this market import lifts carrying foreign marks and let buyers assume the rest. We don't stock those. If a lift isn't certified, it isn't in our catalog.
How We Work
We tell you when the answer is no. If your ceiling won't take a two-post, we'll say so and point you at a scissor lift, even though it's a smaller sale. A returned lift helps nobody, and freight on a pallet this size is expensive for both of us.
We'd rather over-explain than under-explain. Anchor bolts, slab thickness and PSI, power requirements, whether you'll need an electrician and a permit, what a liftgate delivery actually involves. None of it is exciting. All of it decides whether your install goes well.
We answer after the sale too. Parts, hydraulics, warranty questions, and the ones that start with "this probably isn't your problem, but..."
Before You Buy From Anyone
Three questions decide which lift fits: how high is your ceiling, what's under your slab, and what are you putting on it. Get those wrong and you've bought a very heavy problem.
Call us and we'll work through them with you. It's free, it takes about twenty minutes, and you don't have to buy anything. If nothing we stock fits your bay, we'll tell you that too.
